About
Donya Danialzadeh, MS, CNS, LDN, is a board-certified nutrition specialist and licensed dietitian nutritionist whose work sits at the intersection of clinical care and deeply personalized, relationship-centered nutrition. Her interest in nutrition began with a fascination for how food shapes not only physical health, but also identity, culture, and emotional well-being. That perspective continues to guide her approach today - one that looks beyond rigid rules to understand the full context of each client’s life.
Donya specializes in eating disorders, disordered eating, and women’s health, supporting clients across a range of clinical and lifestyle concerns. She works with individuals navigating complex relationships with food, metabolic and hormonal imbalances, and chronic health conditions, providing care that is both nuanced and highly individualized. She has worked across clinical settings including WIC and eating disorder treatment centers, supporting individuals with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID, and chronic conditions. Her work blends evidence-based medical nutrition therapy with a personalized, integrative lens considering root causes, nutrient status, and lifestyle factors alongside clinical symptoms. She helps clients rebuild trust with their bodies, navigate food sensitivities, support metabolic and hormonal health, and create sustainable, realistic habits, while remaining grounded in practicality and compassion.
Her mission is to move clients away from fear-based or restrictive approaches to nutrition and toward a more informed, balanced, and sustainable relationship with food and health. Donya earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN). Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling, and curating experiences around food, design, and wellness - bringing the same appreciation for balance and intention into both her personal life and professional philosophy.
