About

Dora Pearse is a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people create healthier, more balanced relationships with food. She works with clients to develop realistic nutrition habits that fit their unique lifestyles, preferences, and health goals, without relying on restrictive diets or all-or-nothing thinking.

Dora earned her Master of Science in Nutrition and Professional Dietetics from Oregon State University, where she received advanced training in evidence-based nutrition care, behavior change, and medical nutrition therapy. She believes that lasting change happens through small, achievable steps and partners with clients to build confidence in meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, and making informed food choices that feel sustainable for the long term.

Dora enjoys working with clients following a variety of eating patterns and believes there is no one-size-fits-all approach to nutrition. She has a special interest in plant-based nutrition and enjoys helping clients incorporate more plant foods into their diets, whether they are fully vegan or vegetarian, exploring a more plant-forward lifestyle, or simply looking to improve their overall health. She works with individuals following all types of dietary preferences and tailors her recommendations to each person's unique needs and goals.

Before becoming a dietitian, Dora spent more than 20 years working in food production and grocery settings, giving her a practical understanding of the real-life challenges people face when it comes to food, meal preparation, and nutrition. Her goal is to meet clients where they are and help them build healthy habits they can maintain for life.
