About Me
Whether you are pregnant, post-partum, have older children, or just generally want to feel good in your body, food will always play a critical role. However, many people struggle with eating a balanced diet for a number of reasons. Elizabeth became an expert in her field to help others with these life challenges.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and later completed a Master of Science in Nutrition and Health Promotion at Simmons University in Boston, MA. She then started her journey in prenatal and postpartum nutrition working at the Women, Infants, and Children program where she counseled hundreds of pregnant women and their children. She then moved on to the Preventive Cardiology and Metabolic Clinic for Children at Massachusetts General Hospital in the Divisions of General Academic Pediatrics and Pediatric Cardiology. After her own experiences with infertility, successful IVF, and the birth of her child, she decided to begin her own practice so she could teach families what she has learned through research and hands on experience.
