Liz believes all food can be part of a balanced diet. This means creating balanced meals that include nourishing and fun foods in portions that feel right to you. Liz works with individuals who are struggling with PCOS, eating disorders, disordered eating, general nutrition, body image issues, and developing a healthy relationship with exercise from a weight-inclusive, non-diet approach.
While Liz understands that wanting to lose weight can be a meaningful goal for many, weight loss is not something she focuses on or provides guidance for. Instead, she supports clients in building sustainable habits, improving their relationship with food, and caring for their overall health.
At this time, Liz sees adult clients only.
