About Me
Elizabeth is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Specialist in Pediatric Critical Care Nutrition, and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician. She earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition and Dietetics, minoring in Spanish at the University of Rhode Island. She has extensive experience in pediatric and adult clinical nutrition, as well as community and outreach nutrition education and program development. Her nutrition interests focus on evidence-based, individualized nutrition counseling to help clients and patients be the most successful to meet their nutrition goals. Elizabeth is a pediatric nutrition expert and has a special interest in helping those with eating disorders and disordered eating behaviors as well as working with vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based diets.
