About

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me! I am a registered yoga instructor and love to stay active by practicing yoga and walking my dog. I am always in the kitchen experimenting with cooking or baking new recipes, and I like to share the foods I make with my family. I live near Chicago, so I love finding opportunities to see live music, comedy shows, ballet, and more.

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Dominican University and a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from Andrews University. I completed my clinical-focused dietetic internship through Andrews University at UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Hinsdale, but I also had the opportunity to engage in community rotations like Gourmet Gorilla and a wellness center in Benton Harbor, MI.

I chose to become a dietitian so that I can help people implement realistic, sustainable changes to best meet their lifestyle and goals. My life changed when I learned how to eat intuitively and listen to my body, reducing food noise and pressure from what society may consider "healthy." I want to help you find freedom with food in a way that works for YOU and fits into your lifestyle.
