Elizabeth Musick

Elizabeth's journey into the field of nutrition began with her own personal health and fitness goals. While working and training at a local gym, she became fascinated with how nutrition could be used to fuel strength, support recovery, and optimize performance. Seeing the powerful role of food, Elizabeth developed a deep interest in the science behind it. Elizabeth then pursued a degree in nutrition and went on to become a board certified Registered Dietitian. Since becoming a Registered Dietitian, she has been proud to work at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Elizabeth has served various pediatric populations, including critical care, tube feeding management, selective eating, weight support. Working with pediatric patients has become of true passion of Elizabeth's, driven by the opportunity to make a lasting impact during some of the most critical stages of development. Elizabeth believes all should have access to nutritional care and offers a collaborative and empathetic approach.
