About Me
Elizabeth’s passion for nutrition began early, inspired by how food can shape health and well-being. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, she has worked with patients managing a variety of chronic conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and kidney disease. Her time in clinical settings has taught her that nutrition isn’t just about following guidelines—it’s about creating sustainable, personalized solutions that work for each individual’s life.
Elizabeth earned her degree at Purdue University, where she completed a double major in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness, & Health. Her education laid the foundation for her expertise, equipping her to provide well-rounded, evidence-based care to her clients.
As a mom of two, Elizabeth has a deep understanding of the unique challenges families face when it comes to eating well. Her personal experiences have fueled her passion for prenatal and postpartum nutrition, helping moms feel their best, regain energy, and confidently nourish their families.
Certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition, Elizabeth takes a holistic, science-based approach to care. Whether clients are navigating a chronic condition, preparing for motherhood, or looking to improve their relationship with food, she works alongside them to find solutions that feel balanced, realistic, and achievable.
