About

Hello! I’m Elizabeth Young, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Dietetics. My passion for nutrition began at a young age as I started to understand just how impactful food is for our bodies. Over time, I moved away from a restrictive "dieting" mindset and developed a deep appreciation for how the various components of food shape every facet of our health. This evolution led me to functional nutrition, the core of my practice today. I am a firm believer in root-cause health management, utilizing food, targeted nutrients, and herbal remedies as medicine to help restore balance to your physiology.

Navigating weight loss, perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues, gut health, or even general wellness can feel incredibly confusing—but it doesn’t have to be. As your nutrition partner, we will dig beneath the surface to find the root cause of your struggles, implement client-centered strategies, and build sustainable, health-focused habits for the future. While modern wellness can often feel conflicting and exhausting, I am here to make your journey exciting and enriching.

I view care as a true partnership. My approach is holistic, direct, creative, educational, and, above all, compassionate. When we begin working together, we’ll uncover your wellness journey so far and define your unique goals. Together, we’ll build a customized plan that fits your life and delivers results. My ultimate mission is to help you cultivate an enriching, flexible, and confident relationship with food while empowering you to become the healthiest version of yourself.

In my personal life, I love spending time with my family, adventuring with my husband, working out, homemaking, and helping my cat live her healthiest life. I also love diving into the latest clinical research, ensuring that the care I provide is always effective, factual, and cutting-edge. Let’s cut through the noise together and make your health goals a happy, sustainable reality!
