About Me

How different would your life be if you—

⟣ GOT TO THE ROOT-CAUSE ⟢

⟣ COULD MOVE ON FROM FOOD TRAUMA ⟢

⟣ HEALED YOUR HORMONAL HEALTH ⟢

⟣ IMPROVED YOUR MENTAL HEALTH ⟢

⟣ DIDN'T HAVE TO DIET ⟢

⟣ COULD IMPROVE HEALTH WITHOUT SHAME ⟢

⟣ REBUILT BODY TRUST ⟢

⟣ CULTIVATED A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD, BODY AND MOVEMENT ⟢

Ellie integrates evidence-based functional medicine to address root causes and help clients heal from within—without diets, guilt, or shame. Her approach rebuilds body trust, fosters joy in movement, and offers sustainable ways to improve health free from judgment or restriction.

She understands how overwhelming and conflicting advice can make it difficult to know what’s best for you. Using a root-cause approach, Ellie tailors her care to the unique needs of each client, offering compassionate, individualized support that addresses the whole person, not just a set of symptoms.

Ellie’s experience spans diverse settings, including residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient eating disorder treatment, as well as hospitals, long-term care, agricultural nonprofits, schools, and community outreach programs. Her work has been enriched by mentorships with herbalists and experts in women’s health and vegan/vegetarian nutrition, adding depth to her evidence-based and compassionate approach.

At her core, Ellie believes nutrition is a powerful tool for mental and physical well-being. She uses curiosity, science, and compassion to guide clients toward healing and thriving.
