About Me
Before joining All Access Dietitians as a Dietitian Coach, Emily earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition & Health from Kansas State University. Her love for food and desire to prevent disease led her to a career in nutrition. Still, she soon realized that the biggest challenge isn't just teaching clients about healthy options—it's helping them actually make those changes in their everyday lives. Emily is dedicated to helping clients make positive life changes using the Dietitian Coach Approach. Emily knows that simply knowing isn't enough, so she focuses on finding and tackling the obstacles that prevent lasting changes. By giving clients the confidence and tools they need, she helps them make real, sustainable improvements that go beyond just learning about healthy eating.
As a registered dietitian, Emily believes strongly in the vital role of food in our health. She emphasizes that nutrition can be a powerful way to heal and stay our best. By helping people see how their food choices affect their feelings, she guides them toward making thoughtful decisions that nourish both their bodies and minds.
