About Me
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition and Genetics, and I’m passionate about helping you break free from restrictive diets and the stress of "food rules." I graduated from James Madison University (JMU) with a degree in Dietetics, and I’ve worked with clients in areas like eating disorders, sports performance, and general wellness. My goal is simple: to help you feel great about the food you eat and the body you live in—without guilt or restriction.
Growing up, I loved cooking and experimenting with new recipes. Food was always a way for me to express creativity and share experiences with others. However, as I entered high school and college, I started to develop an unhealthy relationship with food and my body. I became overwhelmed by conflicting diet advice and felt unsure of where to start or what to trust. That sense of confusion and hopelessness about my body and my eating habits is something I can deeply relate to, and it's one of the reasons I’m so passionate about helping others navigate their own food journeys.
Over time, I found my way back to a place of balance and self-acceptance, and now I’m dedicated to helping you do the same. I firmly believe that food is so much more than just fuel—it’s a source of nourishment, enjoyment, and connection with others. I’m not a fan of diet culture or all the pressures it places on us. Instead, I focus on practical, sustainable nutrition that supports your goals without restriction.
Outside of work, I enjoy lifting weights, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, spending time with friends, and exploring new places.
