About

Emily’s interest in nutrition began after years of struggling with PCOS, gut issues, and an autoimmune condition called psoriasis. Her curiosity about the connection between diet and her symptoms grew into a deep passion for helping others restore balance in their bodies through a personalized functional approach.

Her training as a dietitian in functional medicine allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions such as digestive issues (including bloating, irregular bowels, and heartburn), fatigue, hormone imbalances, and weight loss resistance, as well as overall disease prevention and wellness.

Emily loves uncovering the why behind her clients’ symptoms and helping them find lasting solutions through a root-cause, whole-body approach. Seeing clients regain energy, confidence, and a healthy relationship with food is what drives her work every day.

Emily believes that everyone deserves compassionate, individualized nutritional care and practices with a supportive, nonjudgmental approach. She enjoys helping each client discover their unique path to feeling their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Emily graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from the University of Delaware and completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Connecticut.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys hiking with her family and dog named Goose, cooking nourishing meals, and exploring new ways to support holistic wellness in everyday life.
