About Me
Erica's interest in nutrition began in her teens while struggling with an eating disorder. After a successful recovery Erica made it her mission to help others heal their relationship with food. Although it took years of school and juggling a family, Erica finally achieved her goal of becoming an RD in 2020 (yes during covid!).
Starting her internship in the height of Covid, Erica was drawn to the weight management and bariatric clinic during her rotations and fell in love with the work. Working with a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, Erica strives to be an empathetic listener and understands that all patients have a different journey that led to their nutrition/health concerns. Erica strives to make her clients feel heard and she will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve long term success.
