About Me
Esther is a Consultant Dietitian, credentialed as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist by the Commission on Dietetic Registration for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, USA. She graduated with a Masters Degree (MS) in Clinical Nutrition from New York University, NY in 1999. She also has Certificate of Training in Applying Functional Medicine in Clinical Practice from The Institute of Functional Medicine, USA.
She provides nutritional assessment, counseling and education to people with Nutrition-related Disorders and Dietary-related Problems including but not limited to weight management, eating disorders, renal disease, hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, gastro intestinal disease, auto immune disease, etc., on practical ways of improving health outcomes through adoption of Medical Nutrition Therapy, healthy eating habits, accountability, mindful eating, lifestyle changes, and including the role of Dietary Supplement or Nutraceuticals.
