I’m a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree from Cal State Los Angeles. I’m also a mom of two who loves the SoCal beach lifestyle, healthy food, and travel. I’m passionate about nourishing your body while still enjoying your food and finding joy in movement. I guide you to feel confident, empowered, and free from diets in the most organic way. I have a special passion for supporting children and teens with food allergies — having personally gone through an allergy desensitization program with my own child, I understand how challenging the process can be for families and provide guidance with both expertise and empathy.
