I have always had a passion for nutrition and taking care of ones overall health. I believe that basic nutrition education is super helpful as one works to implement proper nutrition through different life stages and circumstances. I am a real peoples person and enjoy connecting to my clients and truly understanding them as I guide and support them toward a healthy lifestyle. I have helped many clients through private practice and have deep satisfaction from each one! My goal is not to have you as a client for life, but to set you up for sustainable success that you can flourish with on your own after our guided time together.

I have personal experience and exposure from family members and their situations, that give me a broad background and education regarding many medical conditions and womens health through life stages, which I love to share with others and help them in their lives and struggles. I enjoy nature, family time, and experimenting in the kitchen. I graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics and additionally have a bachelor in Liberal Arts from Excelsior college. I then received my Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential through the CDR after various internship experiences at hospital, nursing home, and private practice.
