About

Faith helps women with PCOS feel better in their bodies, regulate their cycles, and rebuild trust with food—without restriction, obsession, or fighting their bodies every step of the way.

Her work supports women navigating PCOS, menstrual irregularities, inflammation, insulin resistance, and frustrating body composition changes—helping them feel more stable, energized, and at home in their bodies again.

Faith is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutrition research and a background as a Division I athlete and sports dietitian. She understands how to optimize health and performance through evidence-based nutrition.

But the most meaningful part of her education came from living it.

As a college athlete with PCOS, Faith learned how powerful nutrition could be. At first, it became her competitive edge. Over time, control turned into obsession. Restriction led to binging. Her body pushed back.

Everything shifted when she stopped trying to override her body and instead focused on nourishment, safety, and consistency. When she let go of rigid rules and supported her body properly, her PCOS symptoms—irregular periods, acne, food anxiety, chronic inflammation, and body composition struggles—improved dramatically.

Later, navigating PCOS through major life transitions and health changes (including her first pregnancy) gave her firsthand insight into how much support PCOS women need—especially when they feel dismissed, confused, or overwhelmed in big health events.

Now, as a mom and business owner, Faith blends lived experience with clinical expertise to help women with PCOS:

-regulate their cycles

-improve blood sugar and insulin sensitivity

-lower inflammation

-support hormone balance

-improve body composition without extremes

-build a healthier, more peaceful relationship with food

Faith’s approach is rooted in adding nutrition in, not taking everything out.

No extreme restriction.

No guilt.

No treating your body like it’s broken or something that needs to be fixed through willpower.

Just real food, evidence-based strategies, and personalized support from someone who understands both the science and the lived reality of PCOS.

If you’re ready to feel better in your body and stop fighting it, Faith is here to help you move forward!
