About

Faith helps women with PCOS feel better, cycle better, and prepare their bodies for pregnancy—without restriction, obsession, or fighting their bodies every step of the way.

She's a registered dietitian with a master's degree in nutrition research and a background as a Division I athlete and sports dietitian. She knows what it takes to optimize performance and health through evidence-based nutrition.

But the most important part of her education came from living it.

As a college athlete with PCOS, Faith learned to use nutrition as her competitive edge. It worked—until it didn't. The control became an obsession. Restriction turned into binging. Everything changed when she learned to release the control and trust her body instead of fighting it. Her PCOS symptoms—irregular periods, acne, chronic inflammation—improved dramatically when she focused on nourishment over restriction.

Then she got pregnant, something she'd worried would be difficult with PCOS but realized her work up until this point was the exact thing her body needed to feel safe to sustain a healthy pregnancy.

However, navigating pregnancy with PCOS (and eventually gestational diabetes) she experienced firsthand how much support is needed for women navigating high-risk pregnancies—even for healthcare providers like herself who knew the protocols!

Now, as a mom and business owner, Faith combines her personal experience with her professional expertise to help women with PCOS do what she did: nourish PCOS bodies for conception with confidence & setting the foundation for pregnancy with PCOS.

Her signature Fertility Prep Program is designed for women with PCOS who want to conceive in the next 6-24 months.

The program focuses on:

Improving egg quality

Lowering inflammation

Managing blood sugar

Regulating periods and supporting ovulation

Building a strong foundation for a healthy pregnancy

Faith's approach is rooted in adding good nutrition in, not taking everything out. No extreme restrictions. No guilt. No treating your body like it's broken or needs to be fixed through willpower alone.

Just real food, evidence-based strategies, and personalized support from someone who understands both the science and the lived experience of PCOS.

If you're ready to prepare your body for pregnancy with an approach that actually works with your life—not against it—Faith is here to guide you.
