About

Frieda has always been passionate about nutrition, health, and helping others improve their well-being. Over the years, she has seen how many people view healthy eating as confusing, overwhelming, or restrictive. With the understanding that nutrition can be both enjoyable and sustainable, she became passionate about helping others discover that healthy eating doesn't have to feel like a diet. Her goal is to empower individuals to build healthier lifestyles through practical, personalized nutrition guidance that fits their unique needs. She believes that nutrition should be realistic, sustainable, personalized, and enjoyable rather than based on restrictive diets or one-size-fits-all approaches.

With training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, Frieda works with individuals seeking support for weight management, preventative health, disease management, and overall wellness. She enjoys empowering clients to make informed, healthy choices and develop sustainable habits that support lifelong health and well-being.

Frieda earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Arts from Excelsior University and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition (MSAN) from the University of New England. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credentialed through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Frieda believes that everyone deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental nutrition care. She strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and confident in making meaningful lifestyle changes at their own pace.

Outside of work, Frieda enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and continuing to expand her knowledge of nutrition and wellness so she can provide the highest quality care to her clients.
