About Me

Gabrielle earned her Bachelor of Science in nutrition from the Univ. of Alabama in 2018. She became a Registered Dietitian the same year. She gained experience in Performance Nutrition throughout her time there working with the Univ. of Alabama athletics department. Gabrielle is proud to state that her 1st full-time position as a Performance Dietitian was at North Carolina State Univ. From there, Gabrielle earned her Master of Science in Kinesiology (emphasis on strength & conditioning) at the Univ. of Georgia in 2021. She became a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD) as well as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) the same year. Since then, Gabrielle has gone on to fuel collegiate athletes at Kansas State Univ. as well as our troops with the Department of the Army.

Gabrielle also has experience in supporting those with disordered eating/eating disorders. While Performance Nutrition was always a passion, Gabrielle admits her passion for this field of nutrition was not so apparent. She was hesitant to support this population following her own struggles with her relationship with nutrition in her adolescent years, but, now, she is passionate about supporting these individuals. Gabrielle gained experience with this population at an Eating Disorder clinic offering residential, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs. Gabrielle is familiar with the significant role an unhealthy relationship with nutrition can have on health as well as with the struggle to find this balance so she knows it takes a village. Gabrielle welcomes working with other practitioners for those clients looking for multidisciplinary coordination.

Gabrielle has a passion for using nutrition to support the goals of her clients. It is her mission to not only educate her clients on the best nutrition practices to support their full potential, but to also support them through their own path to the best possible relationship with nutrition. If you are an individual struggling with your relationship with nutrition....If you are an individual who simply needs guidance to support a healthy body... If you are an individual that needs nutrition to fuel athletics.... Or if you do not fall into any of these categories, but think I might be a good fit for you - welcome. I promise that if I am not the best Registered Dietitian for you, I will help you find the one that is.
