With over a decade of counseling experience, this Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist brings a unique blend of professional knowledge and personal athletic experience to his practice. He holds a Master’s degree in Dietetics and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, allowing him to offer a well-rounded, science-based approach to both nutrition and performance.

His passion for health and fitness began through years of personal competition in collegiate basketball, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and CrossFit. These experiences not only shaped his understanding of performance and recovery but also deepened his commitment to helping others unlock their full physical potential.

He specializes in working with clients who are looking to improve body composition, enhance workout performance, and boost overall energy levels.
