About
Hi, I’m Gwendolin! I’m journey in healthcare started when I was 11 years old after a serious car accident left me hospitalized for several months. The care and dedication I saw from the medical team during that time inspired me to pursue a career in health. Years later, I began going to the gym and started paying closer attention to how I was fueling my body. That’s when my passion for nutrition took root.
I completed my Masters at the State University of New York in Oneonta and during my time, gained vast experiences in acute (hospital) care, telehealth, long-term care (nursing homes), pediatrics, and renal. I am confident that with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement, everyone can take charge of their well-being and I will work alongside you every step of the way offering support and guidance.
I believe health is not a destination, it’s a lifelong journey filled with learning, growth, and self-discovery. My time in the hospital as a child deeply shaped the way I approach care today. I make it a priority to truly listen and ensure that my clients feel heard, seen, and valued. Nutrition plays a big role, but sustainable health involves the whole picture, lifestyle, mindset, movement, and more.
But about me, I am a big foodie, finding joy in not only making nourishing meals and baked goods at home but trying new foods and restaurants around me. I’m a gym enthusiast but I love moving my body in different ways whether that’s going on a run, hike, or walk. I’m a total bookworm too, The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is on of my favorites right now but I love all things fantasy. I love to wind down at night with my two cats, Mora and Mellow, and a good book.
I use evidence-based practices and a client-centered lens, creating realistic, effective plans that fit your life, not the other way around!
