About

Hi, I’m Gwendolin!

My journey in healthcare began when I was 11 years old, after a serious car accident left me hospitalized for several months. The care and dedication I received from the medical team during that time inspired me to pursue a career in health. Years later, I began going to the gym and started paying closer attention to how I was fueling my body. That’s when my passion for nutrition truly took root.

I completed my Master’s at the State University of New York in Oneonta. During my time there, I gained extensive experience in acute (hospital) care, telehealth, long-term care (nursing homes), pediatrics, and renal nutrition. I’m confident that with the right tools, guidance, and encouragement, anyone can take charge of their well-being—and I’ll be there every step of the way to offer support and guidance.

I believe health is not a destination—it’s a lifelong journey filled with learning, growth, and self-discovery. My time in the hospital as a child deeply shaped how I approach care today. I make it a priority to truly listen and ensure that my clients feel heard, seen, and valued. Nutrition plays a big role, but sustainable health involves the whole picture: lifestyle, mindset, movement, and more.

A bit about me: I’m a big foodie! I find joy not only in making nourishing meals and baked goods at home but also in trying new foods and restaurants. I’m a gym enthusiast, but I love moving my body in different ways—whether that’s going for a run, a hike, or a walk. I’m also a total bookworm. The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah is one of my favorites right now, though I love all things fantasy. I wind down in the evenings with my two cats, Mora and Mellow, and a good book.

I use evidence-based practices and a client-centered lens to create realistic, effective plans that fit your life—not the other way around!
