About

Health is not a destination, it's a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and discovering what helps you feel your best.

Hi, I'm Gwendolin Learey, MS, RDN, a Functional Medicine Registered Dietitian with REV0lution. I help individuals improve their health by identifying and addressing the root causes behind their symptoms through personalized nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and compassionate, evidence-based care.

I specialize in gut health, digestive concerns, sustainable weight management, sports and performance nutrition, healthy aging, and mindful eating. My approach is encouraging, collaborative, and practical, helping clients build lasting habits that support their goals without relying on unrealistic expectations.

What It's Like to Work With Me

My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll explore not only what you're eating, but also the lifestyle factors that influence your health, including stress, sleep, movement, mindset, and daily routines.

I believe successful nutrition care should fit into your life, not require you to rearrange your life around a plan. Using evidence-based strategies and a client-centered approach, I'll help you create realistic, sustainable changes that support long-term health and well-being.

Whether you're struggling with digestive symptoms, looking to improve your relationship with food, working toward performance goals, or simply wanting to feel better in your body, we'll create a personalized roadmap that meets you where you are and helps you move forward with confidence.

My Story

My passion for healthcare began at a young age after a serious car accident left me hospitalized for several months. The compassion and dedication of the healthcare professionals who cared for me made a lasting impact and inspired my commitment to helping others.

That passion eventually led me to earn my Master's degree from the State University of New York at Oneonta, where I gained experience across acute care, pediatrics, telehealth, renal nutrition, and long-term care settings. Over the past year, I've supported hundreds of patients with digestive concerns, weight and metabolic health, performance goals, and overall wellness, helping them translate nutrition science into realistic, sustainable changes.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll likely find me trying a new restaurant, baking something in the kitchen, heading out for a run or hike, reading a good book, or spending time with my two cats, Mora and Mellow.

My Approach

I believe every person deserves individualized care, practical guidance, and a provider who truly listens. Health is about more than nutrition alone, it's about creating a lifestyle that supports your goals, values, and overall well-being.

Nutrition plays an important role, but sustainable health involves the whole picture. By looking at factors such as digestion, movement, stress, sleep, and daily habits, we can uncover meaningful opportunities for change and create a plan that feels achievable and sustainable for the long term.

At REV0lution, I'm proud to be part of a team that is redefining healthcare by focusing on root causes, personalized solutions, and long-term outcomes. I look forward to partnering with you to uncover the best version of your health and helping you build habits that support a healthier, more vibrant life.
