Hala Elsadig is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel their best through a balanced and mindful approach to food. She believes that nourishment should feel supportive, not restrictive, and works with individuals to build confidence around their food choices while fostering a positive relationship with eating. Her approach is rooted in empathy and evidence-based care, helping clients manage conditions such as diabetes and high cholesterol while making sustainable changes that fit their lifestyle.

Hala earned her degree in dietetics and continues to expand her expertise in clinical nutrition and health communication. Outside of her work, she enjoys weightlifting, Pilates, and horseback riding, activities that help her stay grounded and energized. Her mission is to help others find balance and joy in the way they nourish and care for their bodies.
