About Me
Hannah is a registered dietitian, certified intuitive eating counselor, and founder of Nurtured and Well Nutrition. She specializes in supporting women through the tender and transformative seasons of trying to conceive, pregnancy, and postpartum. Her work is rooted in a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach that centers nourishment, body trust, and self-compassion over rules, restriction, or shame.
Hannah’s path to becoming a dietitian is deeply personal. After navigating her own challenges with food, exercise, and body image – including a long journey through hypothalamic amenorrhea – she experienced the profound transformation that comes with healing. Recovery taught her that health doesn’t have to mean control, and that letting go of food rules and rigidity can create space for freedom, trust, and a deeper connection with the body.
She understands how difficult it can be to feel disconnected from your body, especially during the life-altering experiences of fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. That understanding is at the heart of her work. Hannah is passionate about helping others find peace with food, care for their bodies with compassion, and feel at home in themselves again.
She holds a Bachelors degree in dietetics and psychology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, and a Masters degree in Nutrition Communication and Behavior Change from Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy.
Hannah also has advanced training in intuitive eating, perinatal nutrition, eating disorder-informed care, and body image work.
Her approach blends evidence-based guidance with deep respect for each person’s lived experience. She believes food should feel like a source of support – not stress – and that nourishment should always be realistic, flexible, and free of shame.
Whether someone is navigating cravings and food aversions, wrestling with postpartum body changes, or wondering how to nourish themselves while trying to conceive, Hannah is there to walk alongside them. She offers gentle, personalized nutrition care that honors each person’s values, season of life, and whole self.
