Heather Zornes Cecchini is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 16 years of experience in adult medicine and primary care. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisiana at Monroe in 2000 and completed her graduate studies at Southeastern Louisiana University, graduating with Honors. She has been board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners since 2010.

Throughout her career, Heather has been passionate about providing high-quality, compassionate care that is centered around the individual needs of each patient. She believes that effective healthcare goes beyond treating symptoms—it means listening to patients, understanding their goals and concerns, and working together to develop personalized strategies for better health and wellbeing.

Heather brings a unique perspective to patient care through both her professional experience as a healthcare provider and her own personal experiences as a patient navigating health challenges. These experiences have strengthened her empathy and understanding of the importance of feeling heard, supported, and empowered throughout one’s healthcare journey.
