Holly is a dietitian based in Seattle, WA with a philosophy deeply rooted in a food as medicine and a food-first approach. She has worked primarily in weight management as a weight management dietitian the past 5 years of her career and has found an immense passion for treating obesity as a disease. She likes to address the macro behaviors of eating such as meal timing, meal composition, macronutrients while addressing some cognitive distortions with eating such as all or nothing, perfect or ruined, or good or bad. She has a particular passion in nutrition for weight management, fiber, hunger/appetite, and mindfulness/intuitive eating. She likes to collaborate with patients to make a plan that feels actionable and achieve, setting yourself up for success! And importantly, she feels slip-ups are part of making changes and to expect them, accept them, and move on without self-criticism.

Holly achieved her Master's Degree of Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Lowell where she also completed the requirements to be eligible for RD credential.
