About
Holly’s interest in nutrition began with a love of science and a deep curiosity about why some people thrive while others struggle with chronic illness. After working as a research scientist studying infectious disease, she shifted her focus to nutrition to bring that knowledge directly to people—empowering them to use food as a tool for healing.
Her background in research and advanced training in clinical integrative nutrition allow her to help clients sift through complex science and apply what matters most to their lives. She values the way conventional medicine and lifestyle interventions can complement each other and has seen firsthand that the best outcomes often come when both approaches work together. Holly has supported clients with digestive disorders, cardiovascular disease, prediabetes and diabetes, autoimmune conditions, MCAS, POTS, and EDS. She has a particular passion for mental health, gut health, and metabolism because of the foundational ways they shape energy, mood, and long-term health.
Holly believes that everyone deserves personalized, compassionate nutrition care as part of their overall healthcare. She practices with a science-based, flexible, and non-restrictive approach—helping clients cut through nutrition confusion and build realistic strategies that meet them where they are. Her goal is to support clients' health goals while also healing their relationship with food, without obsession or rigid dieting.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, a Master’s degree in Molecular Medicine from the University of Maryland Baltimore, and a second Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from Maryland University of Integrative Health. She is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN).
Outside of work, Holly enjoys making art, gardening, hiking, experimenting in the kitchen, and spending time with her family and pets.
