About

Before becoming a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Master of Science in Public Health with a focus in Integrative and Functional Nutrition from Stephen F. Austin State University. Through this program, I completed a comprehensive dietetic internship that gave me hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, community outreach, and long-term care—all grounded in an evidence-based, research-focused approach. I then took some time to work at my local extension office as a Nutrition and Community Health Agent which included teaching cooking classes, nutrition education lessons, and food demonstrations!

I chose to become a dietitian because I believe prevention is key and it starts with nourishing food and sustainable habits. With a background in health sciences, I’ve seen firsthand the powerful impact nutrition can have on overall health. My goal is to guide and empower you on your wellness journey, helping you cut through misinformation and build confidence in your ability to listen to and nourish your body. I also was raised into the food industry since my family opened a restaurant when I was 7 years old, so I consider food as one of my love languages! I love the nourishment it brings to not only our bodies but also to our souls. I always want to help people love food and their food to love them back! It's important to me that people know I think all foods fit- where and how they fit can be altered!

As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll provide encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your goals. My areas of focus include weight management, functional nutrition, and fostering a positive relationship with food and daily habits. No matter where you’re starting from, I’m here to support your unique path to health and balance.

Outside of work, you’ll find me in the reading a mystery/thriller, driving around for a good garage sale, or some kind of DIY project! I also work part-time at a local coffee shop planning events like art markets, holiday parties, and monthly clubs!
