About
Jaclyn is a Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping individuals with PCOS improve their health through evidence-based nutrition. She understands that managing PCOS can feel overwhelming, especially with the amount of conflicting information available online. Her approach focuses on simplifying nutrition, supporting hormone and metabolic health, and helping clients build sustainable habits that fit their unique lifestyles. Instead of promoting restrictive diets, Jaclyn works collaboratively with each client to create individualized strategies that support their goals while fostering a positive relationship with food.
In addition to her work with PCOS, Jaclyn has experience supporting individuals with eating disorders and disordered eating, allowing her to bring a compassionate perspective to her nutrition counseling. She believes that nutrition should enhance one's quality of life and not add stress. She is committed to helping clients feel empowered, confident, and informed as they navigate their health journey; whether someone is looking to improve blood sugar management, increase energy, support fertility, or simply feel better in their body.
Jaclyn earned her Bachelor's and Master's degree in nutrition and completed her dietetic internship before becoming a Registered Dietitian. She is dedicated to lifelong learning and staying current with emerging research in women's health and PCOS to provide the highest quality care for her clients. Outside of work, Jaclyn enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, and creating fun food-themed artwork and stickers. She is honored to be part of her clients' journeys and strives to make nutrition feel achievable and sustainable.
