My name is Jake, I am a Registered Dietitian who has personally lost about 100 pounds. When I was in high school, I had a love of Video Games and eating fast food. Half way through my freshman year of collage I personally weighed 300 pounds. I had made a decision that I wanted to lose weight. I began exercising consistently and changing my nutritional habits and was able to lose over 100 pounds over the next 2.5 years. Since then I have been able to keep off the weight.

After I had lost weight, I was trying to find a new major in college because electrical engineering was not the right fit for me. I took an intro to nutrition class and fell in love. I decided that I wanted to help others lose weight, like I was able to do. Now I help others change their lives through nutrition.

While working as a dietitian I have worked in cardiac rehab, helping people eat heart healthy diets, and I have worked in a weight treatment center helping people lose weight through nutrition changes, along with helping people with weight loss medications, and bariatric surgery nutrition recommendations.

I enjoy weight lifting, hiking, and paddle boarding. I love having fun, along with eating lots of delicious foods.

I am extremely passionate about nutrition and helping others change their lives like I was able to do. I know how challenging it can be, but that it is possible. I will help you make the changes that are needed to reach your personal goals!
