About Me
Jaime completed her Masters Degree with an emphasis on research processes and applications through Case Western Reserve University. She has a special interest in gut health and functional nutrition after conquering her own gut health disease.
She has several years of experience working with Veterans of all ages in various specialty areas including mental health, oncology, weight management, and chronic disease management such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and COPD. She is passionate about research and staying curious about best practices and recommendations in the ever evolving realm of nutrition, health, and fitness.
As a busy Active Duty military spouse and mom of 3, Jaime understands the importance of caring for the body, mind, and spirit and takes a whole health approach to helping her clients become the best version of themselves to achieve their ideal lifestyle.
