About Me

Before pursuing a career in dietetics, I studied fine art and graphic design. After seeing how nutrition and fitness played a huge role in myself and those around me, I decided to switch gears and pursue a new career path in dietetics. While pursuing dietetics, I obtained my personal trainer certification to better help those around me and use my credentials to spread awareness on the importance of movement. After almost 7 years of exams, hours of volunteering, including an unpaid internship, I was able to call myself a registered dietitian!

With my love for art and design, I have also studied marketing and communications as a way to see how I can best spread my passion for health and show how big of an impact food and movement can play in our lives in a more wide widespread way. I have also held positions with my local nutrition organizations as president, social media manager, public relations manager, and communications manager, and love volunteering within my community.

Working with me requires teamwork. I am not here to do the work for you. I am here to help you have a better understanding of nutrition. We all eat - how and what we eat influences our quality of life and the more knowledge you have on this, the more likely you are to reach your goal(s).

I take an individualized-approach when it comes to nutrition - what works for me may not work for you. We will figure out the best route to take to help you reach YOUR BEST SELF, whether it's through movement, nutrition, or a combination of both.
