About Me
Jayden's personal philosophy as a Dietitian: "The goal is goodbye". She strives for individuals to successfully complete counseling and walk away with educational tools to consistently achieve their performance/wellness goals. With an emphasis on "what can we ADD" to an individual's lifestyle, she promotes problem-solving methods that foster mental grit to “act” instead of “react” to life's bumps in the road. Utilizing her high-energy and positive attitude, she generates excitement during the journey and not just the goals.
Over the years, she has worked with all ages: teenagers to the working mother of five who wants to build endurance for her workouts. With an athlete's heart beating in her chest, her specialty lies in performance for sports and the military. She has worked with D1 Athletes and Adapted Athletes, and Olympians and Paralympians to enhance their performance and recovery, help smash their personal goals, and achieve eating habits that find the balance between pre-competition and post-celebration meals. Familiar with the demands and culture of the military as a Tactical Dietitian, she promoted injury prevention and well-being, educated command on RED-S, sleep hygiene, caffeine, hosted running clinics for PT score improvement, and provided nutrition counseling. When it comes to nutrition for performance in the military, workouts, or your sport, she has you covered so you can give it your all.
She has dedicated her life to competitive sports as a past collegiate and semi-pro athlete. Her insatiable appetite for knowledge on enhancing performance continued to expand and led her to attend San Diego State University where she gained her Dual Masters in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. Jayden is known to visit the University as a guest speaker to provide guidance to future RDs and individuals interested in nutrition career paths.
