About Me

Hi, I’m Jazmin Murray, a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, build sustainable habits, and find peace with food, no matter where they are in their journey. I hold a B.S in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and an M.P.H. in Human Nutrition. I completed my dietetic internship through the Georgia Department of Public Health with a focus on community nutrition. Before becoming a dietitian, I worked for over 10 years in the mental health field, which continues to deeply inform my approach to nutrition and patient care.

My struggles with weight gain, dieting, and the emotional toll it took on my well-being are what led me to the world of nutrition. For a long time, I viewed those struggles as personal failures, which came with shame, especially while working in a field that often equates success with perfection. I realized how difficult it was to find support from healthcare providers who truly understood. That’s why I founded POP Wellness Group, rooted in the philosophy of Progress Over Perfection. I’m here to walk alongside my clients with empathy, blending professional expertise with personal understanding.

In my work, I use tools like meal planning, motivational interviewing, and accountability to guide change that feels meaningful and doable. I support clients through intuitive eating, healing their relationship with food, and connecting with their mind-body awareness. I take a functional, integrative, and weight-inclusive approach that looks at the whole picture—including sleep, movement, and stress—as we work toward your goals.

I specialize in a range of areas, including weight management, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, pregnancy, postpartum care, PCOS, bariatric nutrition, pediatric nutrition, and menopause.

Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, struggling with your relationship with food, or simply trying to feel better in your day-to-day life, I’m here to help you take it one step.
