Hi there! I’m Jenna Limardo, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. My passion for this work springs from the joy I find in connecting with people one-on-one, helping them uncover patterns that allow them to thrive in various aspects of their lives. I believe that everyone deserves a positive relationship with food and their bodies, and I strive to create a space where that can flourish.
I work with individuals facing a range of challenges, from eating disorders to athletes needing tailored nutrition plans, as well as women navigating the complexities of PCOS. My goal is to support you in redefining what health means to you, whether that’s gaining energy, improving performance, or simply feeling at peace with your eating habits.
My approach is collaborative, intuitive, and deeply supportive. In our early sessions, we will focus on understanding your unique experiences and relationship with food. Together, we will identify life-giving patterns and practices that help you feel more confident and energized. Over time, my hope is that you will not only feel more freedom around food but also develop a lasting sense of empowerment in your nutritional choices.
Outside of work, I cherish my time spent with my dog and enjoy traveling, sand volleyball, and other outdoor activities. I look forward to embarking on this transformative journey with you as we work together toward your nutrition goals!
