About Me
After completing her nutrition internship at Umass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester and her master's degree in nutrition at Framingham State University, she began her work as a clinical dietitian in several acute care hospitals in Massachusetts (Framingham Union, Leonard Morse and Milford Regional). She eventually transitioned to Worcester Recovery Center & Hospital where she provided nutrition therapy to adolescents and adults with a wide range of behavioral health care needs.
Jen is also a certified yoga teacher and considers herself a life-long student of behavioral science. She has created a unique therapeutic style for her clients which she refers to as Peaceful Nutrition™. She uses evidence-based treatments within the scope of nutrition such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help her clients discover peace with the way they nourish their body, mind and spirit.
When Jen isn’t supporting her clients, she's often out and about with her husband and their two children. They enjoy being active and out in nature. She considers herself a curious student of life and likes to spend her free time reading, cooking, socializing, traveling and enjoying all the beauty that life has to offer.
