About Me

With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. I offer personalized, practical support to help you build sustainable habits and feel more confident in your food choices, without restrictive diets or quick fixes. I help adults manage diabetes and prediabetes by building consistent habits that support stable blood sugar, lower A1C, and more energy—whether you're newly diagnosed, adjusting to new medications, or managing diabetes long-term.

If emotional eating, binge eating, or years of yo-yo dieting have made eating feel even more confusing or frustrating, you’re not alone. I have experience supporting people who feel out of control around food or stuck in an all-or-nothing dieting mindset.

While I don’t provide restrictive, low-calorie meal plans, I understand that weight loss may be one of your goals. We can make space for that without falling into short-term diets. Together, we’ll focus on breaking the binge cycle, building balanced meals, and developing consistent, sustainable habits. Once your relationship with food has improved, we’ll adjust strategies to support slow, realistic progress at a pace that works for you. And we’ll also aim for non-scale victories along the way!

I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2017, hold a master’s degree in nutrition from CUNY Hunter College, and am working toward attaining the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist® (CDCES®) certification.
