About

With so much conflicting nutrition advice out there, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed and confused about the “right” way to eat. Whether you're managing diabetes, prediabetes, or navigating the side effects of GLP-1, I’m here to support you in finding a more balanced and flexible approach to nutrition that feels doable and aligns with your goals.

In follow-up sessions, we'll explore what’s already working, address areas where you're feeling stuck, and develop strategies that fit your life and help you build a more peaceful relationship with food.

I specialize in diabetes management (pre-diabetes, Type 2, and gestational diabetes), but I understand that changing eating habits may be frustrating if emotional eating, binge eating, or years of yo-yo dieting are also a factor. I also have experience supporting people who feel out of control around food or stuck in an all-or-nothing dieting mindset.

I’ve been a Registered Dietitian since 2017, hold a master’s degree in nutrition from CUNY Hunter College, and am working toward the Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist® (CDCES®) certification.

Let’s work together to create a plan that truly works for you.
