About
Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Boston University. I complered my dietetic internship at Duke University Hospital working in multiple settings including community based weight loss, diabetes management, and general health management programs.
My passaion for nutrition was sparked through my participation in collegiate athletics. Experiencing how food can fuel the body and help one reach incredible goals inspired me to pursue providing nutrition education and support to the rest of my community. I belive all should have access to the information of how nutrition can positively impact their lives and have the support as they commit to their overall wellness jounreys.
I’ve found that I’m most effective as a dietitian when I take a coach approach. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to be a guide, not the driver. Together, we’ll define your personal vision of ideal wellness and identify realistic and sustainable steps that will help you get there. As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll support you with encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your specific needs. My specialty areas include weight management, diabetes, mindful and intuitive eating, disordered eating, and helping busy people find realistic ways to eat well no matter the challenges they are facing. My goal is to support you on your individualized health journey.
When I’m not working, I am passionate about movement, exploring the world through new experiences and trying new recipes. Often times I spend my free time exploring outside, reading a good book curled up with my dog, or cooking meals for my family and friends.
