Hello! It’s so nice to meet you. My name is Jessica and I am a registered dietitian in Illinois. I work full time as a renal dietitian, but I have a passion for helping anyone who needs nutrition counseling for a variety of issues using evidence-based science and lifestyle changes.

I graduated from Illinois State University where I received both my bachelors and masters degree in nutrition and dietetics.

As someone who has struggled with weight, eating disorders, and body confidence my entire life, I understand the daily struggles. I want to provide a safe space for my clients to ask questions, receive support, and feel comfortable in receiving care.
