About

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me! I live in Central Florida and love baking, gaming, and gardening. I am animal lover, I have a dog, cat, and hedgehog, and would mind expanding that collection to include fish and respite’s too! I’m also passionate about learning new things including staying up to date on latest research and learning new languages.

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University and a Master of Science in Nutrition and Wellness from Andrews University. While completing my master’s degree, I completed a comprehensive dietetic internship that provided hands-on experience in clinical nutrition, community outreach, and foodservice management, all grounded in evidence-based practice.

I’ve always been drawn to nutrition because I genuinely enjoy learning about food, cooking for others, and teaching people how to use nutrition in practical, realistic ways. Over time, I became especially interested in helping people feel more confident around food, whether that means understanding nutrition information, navigating mixed messages, or developing a healthier, less stressful relationship with eating. I believe food should feel supportive and approachable, not overwhelming or rigid.

As a Dietitian Coach, I take a collaborative, client-centered approach. I focus on helping clients build balanced habits that fit into their real lives, rather than following strict rules or restrictive plans. My goal is to support you in developing a positive relationship with food, increasing confidence in your choices, and creating sustainable routines that support your overall well-being. My areas of focus include weight management, PCOS, emotional eating, and supporting clients who struggle with consistency, motivation, and structure around food.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, gaming, and gardening. I’m an animal lover with a dog, a cat, and a hedgehog, and I’m always excited to learn whether that’s staying current on research or learning new languages.
