Hi! I’m Dr. JJ Mayo, and I believe in the power of small, sustainable changes. I’ve been in your shoes—years ago, I decided it was time for a lasting change and lost 40 lbs. Fast forward two decades: I'm a registered dietitian, Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology, and college nutrition professor turned nutrition coach. I've been quoted in magazines like Men’s Health and, most recently GQ. I’ve also completed 16 Ironman triathlons and qualified for the Boston Marathon.

Most of all, I enjoy working with folks who are starting their weight loss and fitness journeys, just like I did. These days, that includes helping those using GLP-1 medications to get the most out of their medicine by making smart nutrition choices and building habits that keep the weight off for good.
