Jocelyn Rodriguez is a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping individuals and families build a healthy relationship with food through practical, evidence-based nutrition guidance. Jocelyn believes nutrition should feel approachable and sustainable, not restrictive or overwhelming.
Jocelyn specializes in pediatric and adult nutrition, supporting clients who are navigating medical conditions, growth and development concerns, and everyday nutrition challenges. She works collaboratively with families to create personalized strategies that fit their lifestyle, cultural preferences, and health goals. Her approach focuses on realistic habit-building, compassionate support, and helping clients develop skills that promote long-term wellness.
Her mission is to make nutrition education accessible, supportive, and grounded in science while meeting people where they are in their health journey. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences with a major in Nutrition and Foods and completed a Dietetic Internship with a focus on community and pediatric nutrition. Through her training, she gained experience in both adult and pediatric clinical and counseling settings. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking for her family, trying new recipes, staying active, and continuing to learn new ways to make nutrition practical and meaningful for the communities she serves.
