About Me

Julia’s passion for nutrition and wellness began at a young age, rooted in childhood memories of cooking homemade meals with her family. Sundays were spent making panini-pressed sandwiches with her dad, and no family gathering was complete without her grandma’s famous cookies. However, during her high school and college years, Julia struggled with body image and experimented with restrictive dieting in pursuit of an unrealistic ‘ideal’ body type. At 19, she was diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), which further complicated her relationship with food.

It wasn’t until she pursued her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition that she truly understood the power of food—not just as fuel but as a source of nourishment, balance, and enjoyment. Learning how to properly fuel her body transformed not only her physical health but also her mental well-being, inspiring her to help others do the same.

Julia specializes in women’s health, hormonal imbalances (PCOS, thyroid disorders), and eating disorder recovery. With a deep understanding of the emotional and physical toll that food struggles can bring, she supports clients in developing a sustainable, non-restrictive approach to eating. Her goal is to help individuals break free from diet culture, heal their relationship with food, and cultivate long-term habits that promote overall well-being.

She believes that all individuals deserve compassionate and personalized nutritional care. Julia practices with an inclusive, client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and guiding them toward a balanced, enjoyable way of eating. She finds the most fulfillment in helping clients discover food freedom and confidence in their nutrition choices.

Outside of work, Julia enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking long walks with her chocolate Labrador, Jerry, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. She also loves traveling, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with a good book.
