Kaitlin Warrilow

My interest in nutrition started in college when I competed as a Varsity Cross Country and Track & Field athlete - it was then I recognized the importance of food and nutrition in fueling for successful races and decided to pursue a career in this field. My dietetic internship provided a diverse set of experiences that helped expose me to a variety of client needs and disease prevention/wellness.

My professional training and experience includes inpatient (acute hospital care), long-term care, and telenutrition. I've had the pleasure of working with clients of all ages, 2-100+! And I enjoy working with clients from all backgrounds. My most experienced specialties are in pediatric nutrition and geriatric nutrition. I believe that all people deserve nutrition education and support with a client-centered approach. I feel that every client's journey is personal and unique - and that providing nutritional guidance is not a "one size fits all" process.
