About Me

Kali’s interest in nutrition began while she was a high school athlete. She realized the most important thing about nutrition and performance: food is fuel for body, mind, and spirit. Blending evidence-based nutrition knowledge with mindfulness practices, Kali teaches clients how to reconnect with the joy of eating, making food choices that are nourishing both physically and emotionally. Whether working with clients to reduce stress around mealtime, overcome emotional eating, or achieve long-term wellness goals, Kali takes a holistic approach, emphasizing self-compassion, non-judgment, and personal empowerment

Kali obtained her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics in 2012 from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and her master’s degree in public health from West Virginia University in 2014. She is also a Certified LEAP Therapist and newly certified as a clinical nutrition support clinician (CNSC). In her free time, Kali enjoys cooking, exercising, reading, and traveling to visit friends and family in cities around the US. Her corgi, Tucker, keeps her busy, and they love to spend time outside.
