About Me

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me...

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Foods with a concentration in Dietetics from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. I continued my education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I obtained my Master of Public Health with Dietetic Training.

My interest in nutrition coaching came after working as a dietitian in North Carolina hospitals. I wanted to generate positive results for my patient's health with long-lasting partnerships, collaboration, and trust that couldn't be garnered during a hospital room consultation. With my training and background in clinical work, I am well versed in providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, obesity, high blood pressure, and more. I also value the benefits of intuitive eating and enjoy helping clients break the chains of diet culture to enter a world of food freedom.

As your dietitian, you can expect me to explore your deep-rooted motivations for change and encourage you to find your "why?." You should know that I will respect your cultural and personal preferences to help you discover your true best self. I am here to meet you where you are and guide you where you want to be. You can also expect science-based interventions and education that apply to your needs.

When I'm not helping clients make their wellness visions reality, I love spending my time exploring the Rocky Mountains. I like to go hiking, camping, snowshoeing, and skiing/snowboarding. I also love cooking new recipes, grocery shopping (and couponing), listening to live music, going to coffee shops, and traveling with my family. I also lead cooking and nutrition education classes in my local community.
