Hi, I’m Kamille! I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition. My passion for helping people, coupled with my love for teaching and learning about the science of food, drives me every day. I believe that nutrition (alongside other factors) has the ability to transform your life, and love that each session can be tailored to whatever unique health challenge you may be having.
I specialize in heart health, weight management, and women’s health. Many of my clients come to me seeking support with emotional eating, healthy weight loss, and to improve their cholesterol or blood pressure. My goal is to provide a safe space where we can work together to increase your confidence and control of your health, develop sustainable habits that fit your lifestyle, and, if applicable, to rebuild a positive relationship with food.
My approach is compassionate and collaborative, grounded in evidence-based practices. In our early sessions, I’ll take the time to understand your background and relationship with food, and what it means to you personally. Together, we’ll create realistic nutrition habits that empower you to make confident food choices, ultimately leading to successful achievement of both short and long-term health goals.
Throughout our journey, you can expect accountability and ongoing support as we celebrate your progress and tackle any obstacles that arise. I’m here to guide you every step of the way, whether it’s finding balance in your eating habits or improving your overall well-being. I’m excited to partner with you on your health journey!
