About Me

Growing up, I had an early obsession with cooking and making messes in my parent’s kitchen. Overtime, this eventually evolved into preparing meals based on whole, nutrient-rich foods to nourish those around me. I decided to study nutrition in college as I wanted to find a way to reach and help people that was universal to everyone’s needs. I now have over 14 years of experience as a registered dietitian helping people manage and improve chronic disease through medical nutrition therapy. I have a special passion for addressing mental health and digestive disorders through diet and lifestyle changes as I have seen the profound effect proper nutrition can have. I am also an experienced clinician in navigating dietary changes for diabetes, heart disease and renal disease.

I strongly believe everyone can benefit from personalized diet and lifestyle changes to thrive and live their life fully. I strive to meet people where they are at and collaborate with them to create a foundation of healthy habits that are both effective and sustainable for them.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from The University of Texas at Austin where I also completed my dietetic internship program before obtaining my RDN license. I have gone through additional training in functional and integrative nutrition and continue to be a life-long learner to bring my clients the most recent and evidenced-based information possible.

In my free time, you can find me being outside in nature, running or exercising with my husband and playing with my two young boys. I enjoy creating a healthy and natural home and am actively involved in my local church.
