About Me

About Me

I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a diverse background in both clinical and private practice settings. I specialize in gastrointestinal (GI) diseases and disorders, hepatic dysfunction, and weight management. My experience spans major hospitals including Thomas Jefferson University Hospital and Parkridge Hospital, long-term care facilities, and my current private practice at Berry Street. I am Monash University FODMAP Certified and licensed in multiple states, allowing me to provide accessible, individualized care via telehealth nationwide.

Throughout my career, I've worked alongside multidisciplinary teams in high-acuity settings, participated in complex nutrition support (including enteral and parenteral nutrition), and developed patient-specific care plans using evidence-based protocols. I am committed to simplifying nutrition science and empowering clients to take control of their health in a sustainable and personalized way.

My Approach to Care

I take a client-centered, evidence-based approach to nutrition therapy that is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and education. Whether I'm working with someone managing SIBO, GERD, IBS, Celiac disease, or navigating weight loss, I strive to make nutrition simple and actionable. I emphasize practical strategies like virtual grocery store tours and personalized protocols, and I utilize Fullscript to provide clients with high-quality supplements at a reduced cost. I believe that the most effective nutrition plans are those that are both evidence-based and tailored to the individual’s life, preferences, and goals.

In the First Session

During our first session, we’ll explore your health history, current symptoms, medications, lab values, and nutrition goals. I’ll ask about your lifestyle, food preferences, and any barriers you’ve encountered in the past. This session is about gathering a complete picture so I can design a realistic and effective plan specifically for you.

You’ll leave the session with:

-A clear understanding of how nutrition fits into your health journey

-Initial recommendations tailored to your needs

-A plan for next steps, whether that includes lab reviews, supplement guidance, or a follow-up strategy

Whether you're managing a complex GI condition or simply want to feel better in your body, I’m here to guide and support you with empathy, expertise, and practical solutions.
