Hi there! I’m Katherine Graves, a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Nutrition Science. My journey in nutrition began with a deep passion for helping individuals cultivate a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. I believe that everyone deserves to find freedom from diet culture and the pressures that come with it, and I’m here to empower you with the tools and resources you need for a successful, lifelong journey with nutrition. I work primarily with individuals struggling with eating disorders, disordered eating, and chronic dieters who are ready to stop dieting and start nourishing themselves. Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed and confused about food. Together, we can simplify nutrition and create a healthier mindset around eating that lasts. My specialties include intuitive eating, a non-dieting approach, and Health at Every Size (HAES). My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focusing on your unique needs and goals. In our early sessions, we’ll explore your relationship with food and what “healthy” means to you, all while breaking away from the restrictive mindset of diet culture. As we work together, you can expect to develop realistic nutrition habits that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to help you build a sense of peace with food that extends beyond the plate and into your everyday life. I’m excited to support you on this journey towards a healthier, more fulfilling relationship with food and yourself! When I'm not working with clients, I love spending time outdoors, nurturing my plants, trying new cuisines, and enjoying the company of dogs.
